All Sales Are Final

1. No Refunds or Exchanges: - All ticket sales are non-refundable. Once a purchase is complete, no refunds or exchanges will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling changes, inclement weather, or personal conflicts. 

2. Event Changes: - The Southland Conference reserves the right to modify event dates, times, locations, or formats. Any such changes will be communicated promptly, and all tickets remain valid for the rescheduled event(s). 

3. Lost or Stolen Tickets: - The Southland Conference is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Replacement tickets may be issued at the sole discretion of the conference, subject to proof of purchase and availability. 

4. Transferability: - Tickets may be transferred to another individual unless otherwise specified in the ticket terms and conditions. The original purchaser assumes responsibility for any transferred tickets. 

5. Unauthorized Resale: - Tickets purchased directly from the Southland Conference or its authorized partners are for personal use only and may not be resold for profit. Tickets found to be resold in violation of this policy may be invalidated without refund.
